My order is delayed

We try our best to fulfill orders on time and as advertised, however sometimes there is just more than we can handle. Usually, our suppliers try to give some compensation for delayed orders.


If your order has been delayed for way over the advertised fulfillment time and would like to request a refund for your purchase - feel free to do so by opening a support ticket.
