Tracking your order

If you have placed an order and you want to check its status, you can view this from your website account (if you have one, if you don't - use this link to track your order).

Step 1 - Go to my orders.

Step 2 - Click on the order you want to track.

Step 3 - Click on details.

You can also keep track of the status of your order on your phone, by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.

Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).

The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.
